Sardinian wild asparagus cream.

They grow wild in the Sardinian mountains and plains during the fall and winter months. The asparagus are harvested and selected, using only the most tender tips.

They have a strong and assertive taste, but at the same time delicate. Ideal on bruschetta and carasau bread.
