Akènta sub, a sparkling wine made from Vermentino di Sardegna DOC, is submerged at a depth of 40 meters on the coast of Alghero for about six months. The sea itself becomes an element that contributes to the creation of this incredible wine, giving it a deep intensity that tells of a unique journey. Bottles are limited in number.

The bottles of Akenta sub are true works of art from the sea. During the time spent in the depths, marine organisms, like true craftsmen, draw natural encrustations given by the phenomenon of fouling. Each bottle is for this reason unique and different from any other.
