Extradry sparkling wine that comes from precious Vermentino di Sardegna DOC grapes harvested by hand and grown in the soils of the Porto Conte Natural Park, facing the sea.

Color: Brilliant light straw yellow with greenish reflections. Fine and persistent perlage.
Nose: Intense white and yellow flowers with good fruitiness, which combines excellently with a light note of bread crust.
Taste: It is full-bodied, fresh, soft and with pleasant flavor.
Pairings: Excellent as an aperitif and ideal with all fish, seafood and shellfish dishes.
